Following a long (and happy) career in book publishing working with some of the world’s leading international publishers including Bloomsbury, Picador, Penguin, Oxford University Press and Macmillan, Eveleen Coyle founded Fab Food Trails in 2008. Her aim has always been to celebrate our local food.
Eveleen Coyle devises and plans the Trails along with the great FFT team of guides and keeps abreast of all the new and exciting food developments in Dublin, Cork and across the country.
Our Inspiration
Starting our city walks our ambition was to show off the wonderful food produce we have here and to celebrate the curiosities of our cities. We have the best, we want to show them off.
