Have a truly unique foodie experience immersed in traditional Irish hospitality. Spend the evening with our Fab Foodie guide and culinary artist Erica Drum at her home in Dublin city. Relax and enjoy a cookery demonstration, a contemporary 3-course meal, followed by a traditional digestive.
Erica will cook with local and seasonal produce to bring delicious tastes to her Irish table. She will demonstrate and explain how each course is prepared, discuss Irish food history and where it is today. Erica will also provide take home recipe cards for each guest. Just like our Fab Food Trails, the main focus of the evening will be on current Irish food trends and culture.
You will leave with a deeper understanding of the Irish cuisine, how to prepare it and most importantly, a full belly.
