Do I have to book in advance?
Yes please. You can do that by going to our Book Online page.
The meeting point is not on your website, how do I find it?
Once you are booked on a walk, and have paid, we email you with the time and meeting place details.
Do you charge a booking fee to book online?
No, there are no hidden extras!
Do you cater for vegetarians or gluten free?
Yes, we cater for all dietary requirements, please let us know in advance.
What happens if it is raining?
We walk in all weather, just dress appropriately.
How long do the walks last and what sort of distance is involved?
The walks are usually 2.5 hours in length with plenty of tastings along the way. The area covered is just over half a mile and the pace is easy.
How many do you take on each walk?
Numbers are small with a maximum of 12-14 people.
What is your cancellation policy?
We look for two weeks’ notice of cancellation. See our Payment and Cancellation Policy page for further information.
Can I book a private tour or a tour for a group of friends?
Yes, just contact us directly at firstname.lastname@example.org. We can do private or group tours any day of the week, morning or afternoon, except Sundays.
If we purchase a gift voucher, do we have to nominate a date?
No, you can buy gift vouchers and the recipient can just contact us and book a date that suits them.
